Planning search terms and conditions

Plans, drawings, and other material submitted to the Authority are protected by the law of copyright. You may only download or print material in order for you to inspect it at a more convenient time or place, rather than having to visit our offices. You may only use any material downloaded or printed for your personal use in connection with consultation purposes, to compare current applications with previous schemes, and to check whether developments have been completed in accordance with approved plans. These copies have been produced by or with the authority of the Head of Development Management, pursuant to s47 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Unless the Act provides a relevant exception to copyright, copies must not be made without the prior permission of the owner. If you do not agree to these conditions, you may not download or print material relating to planning applications from this website. The general terms and conditions of this website also apply to the planning application search facility. Please note that under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act, 1985, the National Park Authority is obliged to make available for inspection by any member of the public, all comments which have been received as well as other background documentation relevant to the determination of this application.
