In farm shops you can buy really fresh local produce often from the very people who have grown it. Farming is still a key part of Dales life. The countryside would not look as it does without the care and management that the landowners put in.

You can buy a range of cheeses, pies, rare breed meat, fresh fish, seasonal vegetables and much more.

Town End Farm Shop, Airton, Malhamdale
Stocks their own grass-fed lamb, traditional breed cattle and rare breed pork. Also sources the finest quality, local produce for the shop. Includes fresh amd cured meats, game, fish, spirits, wine and beer, seasonal fruit and vegetables, preserves, confectionery, smoked products, cheese and much more.

Berry's Farm Shop, Swinithwaite, Wensleydale
Artisan bread, local eggs, butter and milk. Fully stocked farm shop situated on a working farm. Farm tours and farming experiences daily during school holidays can be booked throughout the year .  Locally handmade preserves, oils and chocolates as well as a selected delicatessen products. Open 7 days a week all year round.  Serving award winning breakfasts, lunches and teas. Open 'til 7pm in Summer months with hot food 'til 6pm.

Kilnsey Park, Kilnsey
In the heart of Wharfedale, Kilnsey Park Estate shop has goods from its smokehouse, seasonal game, biscuits and preserves.

Growing with Grace, Clapham
Call in at this award-winning farm shop for freshly picked organically grown vegetables, organic fruit, bread, milk, eggs and cheese, and a full range of packaged organic foods.  

Raydale Preserves, Stalling Busk
A family-run business using local ingredients whenever possible to make chutneys, curds, jams, jellies, marmalades and mustards.

Hazel Brow Farm Shop, Low Row
Hazel Brow Farm is a traditional working farm based in Swaledale in the north of the National Park. There is a visitor centre, a café and a farm shop selling their meat and preserves. There is a range of freshly-prepared ready meals for you to buy and eat at your leisure.

Jacksons of Cracoe
Jacksons is a family-run business. Having been established for over thirty years, they are widely known and appreciated in the local area. Their shop offers a wide range of confectionery and gifts, homemade preserves, off-licence and every day household necessities.

The Churchmouse at Barbon
John and Jules run the Churchmouse which is village store, café and delicatessen rolled into one.

Mackenzie's Smokehouse, Blubberhouses
Mackenzie's produces some of the very best dry-cured bacons and hams available using traditional methods of curing and smoking, burning only pure oak chips to ensure the best natural flavours. They have an extensive range of the finest smoked fish, poultry, game and cheese to choose from.

Country Harvest, Ingleton
Their foodhall is packed with deli delights including award-winning cheeses and olives, fresh meat, bread, cakes, fruit and vegetables, ready meals, wine and local beers and cider. On the deli counter they stock a selection of savoury pies and quiches made in the kitchen and award-winning recipe pork pies made at their bakery in nearby Bentham.
