Luckily there are a number of companies who can sort out the details of your trip - overnight stays, luggage transfers and getting to and from the start and finish points. They are focused on the principle long distance routes, but some also offer bespoke options. Here are the ones we are aware of:

From their base in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, Brigantes Walking Holidays organise a wide variety of self-guided walking holidays. They book you in to hand picked accommodation and provide daily baggage transfers using local drivers. They now also offer a caravan option - no need to pack and unpack as they move a brand new caravan for you each day.
Where2Walk
Where2Walk is a locally based company who offer a range of self-guided walks, a tailor made service and days out learning navigation or on a guided walk. They can organise accommodation and baggage moving for you.
Dog Walking Holidays
As you might expect, Dog Walking Holidays offer a range of long weekend and week long packages for you and your dog. With dog friendly accommodation, guided walks and great pubs along the way.
Hillwalk Tours
Based in Ireland, Hill Walk Tours offer self-guided walks throughout Britain including both the Coast to Coast and the Yorkshire Dales and Moors.
Mickledore
Based in Cumbria, Mickledore offer self guided holidays along the Dales Way, Lady Ann's Way and the Coast to Coast routes. They book your accommodation and can organise luggage transfer.
Inntravel
Inntravel offer a Classic Yorkshire Dales trip based in Swaledale and Wensleydale. Accommodation is in guesthouses and traditional pubs and your luggage is moved for you.
Contours Walking Holidays
Contours Walking Holidays are based in the Peak District and offer self-guided trips on many of our long distance routes including: Dales Way, Dales High Way, Coast to Coast, Lady Ann's Way and Herriot Way. Established for 15 years they offer accommodation booking and reliable luggage transfer.
Walk Yorkshire Holidays
Walk Yorkshire are based in York and offer self-guided walks on some of our less well known long distance routes, themed walks and bespoke walking options all in the wonderful Yorkshire countryside.
Footpath Holidays
Footpath Holidays offer a single centre holiday based at Stonehouse Hotel near Hawes in Wensleydale. From here you go on guided walks in beautiful Wensleydale and Swaledale. They also organise self-guided walking options based either in the Limestone Dales or northern Dales.
