What is required?
Dwellings in the open countryside may sometimes be allowed, contrary to general housing policies, if it is clear that such a dwelling is essential to ensure the efficient management of a rural enterprise. Therefore, you will need to provide sufficient information to help us assess the need for the creation of a new dwelling to serve a rural enterprise.
