Flood risk assessments
When required?
When the proposed development is:
- within 20m of the bank of a main river as defined by the environment agency
- within a flood zone 2 or 3 for flooding from rivers, or within a moderate or high risk area for surface water and/or ground water flooding
- operational development on a site >= 1 hectare
